Noelle and Derek joined several dozen other ~~lunatics~~ brave and hardy souls who decided that the best way to mark the new year was to leap into Stonehaven Harbour.

Although originally conceived as a drunken bet at the cocktail night, they discovered that CLIC Sargent were asking for volunteers to take part in a mass hogmanay dip to raise money for caring for kids and young people with cancer and so decided to get involved.

The 40 odd participants (read that whichever way you like) raised over £6000 on the day.

It is likely that there may be one or two spare tickets popping up this week for the Burns supper - if you would like to be considered for any tickets that come available and you haven't already put your name on the waiting list (you will be contacted first of all if your name is already on the list) please give Tommy a call on 547 .

The wait list only has about 3 names on it right now and I think we may have around 5 tickets available......so it's worth a punt.......
