More Balls of Fire
Thanks to everyone who sent pictures of the trebuchet in action on Boxing Day. I've uploaded the best ones to the gallery.Thanks also to everyone who helped out - Pete and Paul for moving and rigging it up, Chris for manning the fire extinguisher, Robert for the loan of the fire extinguisher (sorry we had to use it - we accidentally set fire to the treb' a little bit), and Brendan for lighting the fireballs.

Great Balls of Fire
A picture of the St Stephen's Day fireballs has flooded in. Unfortuntely it was of the slightly lame one we did right at the start before the release mechanism had been properly calibrated. More to follow...

The "Catterpult " will be wheeled down into the village on Boxing Day for the third annual fireball fling. Anyone interested in helping out by making fireballs, rigging up the Catterpult or helping to fire it, please send me an email.
